Week 47

well what a week my fam :) haha this week was fun  we went too a castle and than we went to another place called xochimilco its like these rivers that go through the city and we road on a little boat it was supper awesome experience i felt like we were in the rain forest haha we got to go do this fun stuff cause my companion is going home next week and he got permission i love mexico ahah we went with the family castro and oh how i love them so much they are so awesome we do everything with them there a great family besides that little adventure we went on the work is going really good here this Saturday we are going to baptize 3 little kids of 8 and 9 years old this week i was reading the liahona one night and a page i liked alot that talked about gods plan for us it used a analogy that i liked a lot it said if you were going to build a house and you and all the materials laid out in front of you and you had no idea how to build a house it would be hard right ? with out instructions our house would not turn out to well that is  why the gospel is so important it is literally the instructions that we need for our family's so that we can return to live with our father in heaven so this week i invite all of you to use gods instructions that he has for you listen to the prophet he talks to our father in heaven and after talks to us and tells us what we need to do too be protected from the world they have said 3 things apart form keeping the Sabbath day holy that i can testify will help you all read pray and do family night these three things will help your family's to grow closer to god and closer as a family love you all have agreat week :)❤

Week 46 Area 3

well my loving family and friends haha this week was a good week umm first off on Wednesday Elder Pieper and his wife from the quorum of the 70 came and we had a zone conference with them it was really good he talked about the spirit in our conversion and in the conversion of the people we are teaching i really liked it because it was really chill he like kind of just simplified everything for me i feel like he said like we don't have to go to the lesson and teach them about the doctrine of Christ or ask them to be baptized he showed us other ways that we could teach by listening to the spirit and asking inspired questions and yesterday we found a new family to teach they are pretty good and we just kind of talked with them and asked lots of questions it was cool but basically what i learned form the spirit when we had the conference is that the spirit is so important and sometimes its kind of hard to feel the spirit but if we are obedient and we try our hardest then we will hear the small whispering my favorite part is when we were getting done with the conference Elder Pieper bore his testimony and he really didn't use any big words or say anything amazing but i could just feel the spirit so strongly and it was a nice refreshment just to have the spiritual prompting that this gospel is true and that what I'm doing here really is making a difference yesterday in church there was a speaker who talked about being grateful for what we have and that sometimes we need to do prayers just of thanks to our god and i think that i really needed that sometimes its hard to not be ungrateful in the mission so last night i said one of these prayers just showing my thanks for everything i have and for everything my family has and i think it changed me a little sometimes i think that it is hard in the world right now even for me i go to the mall or i go places and i think oh i want this watch or i want this or i want a cute girl to marry like her when i get home haha ;) just for examples but i think that that is one of the things im really learning in this part of my mission is just to be grateful for the things that i have for the chance that i have to be a missionary for my beautiful loving family for my companion there is so many things to be grateful for i like what Thomas S Monson said that we need to have a Attitude Of Gratitude i love each and every one of you and i know that this gospel is true i know that it can change us and make us into the people that we and our family's want us to be but it little by little precept upon precept 

Thankyou family for the chance that you have givin me to be here serving a mission!!
