Week 8 area 1 Cerro De La Estrella

this week was super rough kind of haha its never that bad when your a missionary but we only taught like 20 lessons and were suppose to at least teach like 40 a week no one was home no one wanted to listen to us we had a appointment for like every hour of the day people just weren't home i was pretty darn home sick this week I'm over it now but there was a couple rough days where i just couldn't stop thinking about home and i didn't feel to good one of the mornings i think i just ate some nasty meet or something serving a mission is like  a big head game you have so much time to think and if your mind isn't focused on the mission then your not going to be a good missionary I'm super grateful for all of the hard times though mostly the hardest thing for me is just the espanol i feel like if i could talk then i could help my companion and help my investigators so much more everyone just keeps telling me it will come hahah but i just want it now I'm impatient i just want to help everyone right now and be able to talk to everyone its all about being obedient if your obedient then you will be a good missionary elder best is super obedient so that's good for me haha we have like 10 investigators but none of them are progressing they keep saying there going to read and pray then we come visit them and they haven't haha the main struggle for people here is they have to attend church for 5 weeks before they are baptized its hard enough to get the active people to church we have about 250 members in our ward and yesterday there was probably 20 people for the 1st 2 hours of church and then for the last hour there was probably 50 people for sacrament oh ya hahahahahahahahahahaha and i forgot to tell you last week our bishop is inactive he doesn't come to church the missionaries have asked him why and he just said that he doesn't have time so we haven't had a bishop for like 2 months and they said they cant call a new one because they call bishops through Revelation through god and he hasn't said its time yet for a new bishop so the 1st counselor does most of the stuff haha its super funny though overall its pretty cool here i bought a hat for like 3 dollars the other day a super nice one and everything is just so cheap here its cool there is tenges everywhere every day its just like little stores today we woke up at 630 cleaned the house did personal study for a hour then went to put a load of laundry in at a members house they have a washer but not a drier so we just hang our clothes on top of our house after we wash them then after i write I'm going to get a haircut then go to a members for lunch then shop at some tenges then take a nap probably cause I'm always super tired i love this gospel and I'm so grateful that i have the opportunity to serve and i miss all of you and i know you all will have lots of blessings in your life as you strive to be more like Christ

i still suck at espanol but its coming along kind of ahaha
