Week 21 Area 1

wow every week is just getting better and better so this next Saturday we have 4 baptisms 1 is a family of 3 the 2 parents and there son that's 12 we have been spending a lot of time with them lately trying to get them ready for there baptism we still have to teach a lot this week yesterday we went to teach them and haha there so awesome they told us they were like so we have been thinking we have set a family goal and we were like okay haha what and there like we want to wash and iron your shirts for you every week haha we were like are you sure we were a little wierded out we were like no one wants to do that haha so we still go to the other hermana house and wash the rest of our clothes but we take our shirts to them now ha ha so that's super cool there a great family i  love them so much they have 2 daughters that are members and they have been awesome examples for them then the other girl were going to baptize her name is evalin shes super awesome she loves the book of Mormon we have been teaching her for like 3 months now because her husband is a member but he never comes to church he hasn't been once its pretty sad i don't know how he doesn't want to come to church we have been trying to help him for a long time because we want him to baptize her but he still hasn't come but shes awesome she is pretty set on getting baptized so hopefully it will be just what her husband needs to feel the spirit and come back to church 

so are recent convert had an awesome experience this week he went to a young singles adult camp thing for 3 days in our ward in veracruz and when we came back we had a meeting with him and asked if anything cool happened he said that he was at the camp and he went to the bathroom and there was a guy sitting down and he said he had the feeling to ask him if he was alright and he said no its been super hot this week like yesterday and the day before was the hottest its been since i have been here I'm pretty sure so i guess this guy was super hot and the altitude is different where they were and he couldn't breath so he was sitting there and our investigator said he ran to get a paramedic and he came and the paramedic was like i gotta run and get water and medicine haha stay here with him and keep him calm so axel said that he was sitting there with him and he noticed that he like couldn't breathe good or something and then he started breathing super fast and axel thought he was having a seizure or something and he said he felt the spirit telling him to say a pray so he put his hands on the guys stomach and said a pray he said as soon as he got done saying the prayer the guy started breathing normal and he was like what did you do to me haha i feel alot better 

axel told us he said i know i don't have the Melchizedek priesthood yet but i know that pray is very powerful and that god answered my prayer and helped that man 

sorry if my story telling sucked he told me in Spanish so that's the gist of what i understood hahah but I'm so grateful for this work if I'm being honest god has blessed me so much in these last 4 months we have worked hard and i can see the love that god has for his children and for these people that we are baptizing this work the work of our Lord Jesus Christ is the most joyful thing i have ever been apart of and i know that this gospel is true that our church is the only church with apostles and a prophet i think the thing that has made my testimony grow the most is the spirit of our Savior i have literately seen it work in these people all that we do as missionaries is invite people to read the great Book Of Mormon and pray with humble hearts and the people that do that every time they feel the spirit and they get baptized its really all above my knowledge all that i know is that god loves his children and he has a plan for them he wants us to receive all of the blessings that he has for us and to live a joyful life and the only way is through this gospel i never realized why people always said when they came home that it was the hardest thing for them i was like ya right you have been gone from your family for 2 years you finally get to be home and be with them i defiantly miss my family and i know its going to be a joyous reunion but there is nothing on the earth like serving your Lord your Savior your Redeemer Jesus Christ with all your heart its gotten to the point now were almost 24 hours of the day all I'm thinking about is how i can become better my love for the Book Of Mormon in the 4 months that i have been out here is so much stronger i love reading it 

my challenge for all of you this week is to just follow Christ love him and show your love for him by keeping the commandments reading and praying and going to church and partaking of the sacrament every week and going with the intent of learning all you can i don't even understand all of church cause its espanol ahah but i learn more now at church then i have any other time in my life 

i know that I'm a little sappy this week and i know you guys don't have the opportunity to spend all of your time serving the Lord like i do but these things are important this work is more important than any other work in the whole world and all of you can participate in it the people that we baptize is because they have a friend in the church because people care for them 

be a friend to everyone invite everyone to come to church with you be bold 

i love you all and i know your all the best people ever your great examples to me of strong Latter Day Saints
