Week 60
Well this week was a good week we had changes and me and my companion our staying here in cedral. I'm glad because we are just starting to have more and more work we have 2 investigators that have baptismal dates for this next month so please pray and pray for them this ward really needs a baptism to get them all pumped up!! Me and my companion are doing good, I'm trying to help him learn English it's his birthday today so if you have a minute send him a email his email is
I love you all and I'm so grateful for you I love the Lord Jesus Christ and the joy and love that he has given me in my life.. I'm Mormon, I'm a missionary and I'm so happy and i know that I'm so happy because I'm doing the things right this week if im being honest there has been so many bad things that has happened here with the members a sister is going through a divorce and she called us for a blessing and she was just crying and crying another sister is going through a hard time we showed up to teach there family and her less active husband answered the door drunk and told us to come back another day we have just been seeing lots and lots of people going through difficulties and it has really helped me to dig down deep and find the things that will help these people and i know that the only way is through Christ the only answers i could find were in Christ he knows us he has passed for our pains and our short comings . I'm really excited to Skype on mothers day i miss and cherish you all

Week 59 pics
Week 59
this week was a great week here in mexico. Elder Clayton president of the quorum of the 70 and Elder Valansuela and his wife came and visited our mission and my stake!! we had a Zone Conference with all of the missionaries of our whole mission so that was awesome i got to see old companions and it was such a powerful conference he talked a lot about what we can do in the mission and then at the end we had a question and answer and i liked a lot a question that a Elder that is about to go home next week asked he asked what we could do when we get home to keep converting! and he said there is only 4 things that you guys need to do read and pray everyday go to church ever Sunday and fast and its so easy i know that is so true because i have seen it in my mission the people who read and pray or the investigators they literally become converted to the Lord i know that its hard but i know that it is worth it this week was a pretty good with our investigators we found a new investigator and invited her to be baptized may 21 and she said yes so please if everyone could pray for her my mission President said that they haven't baptized in my ward for a really long time and that is what they need most is a baptism. Patty came to church on Sunday and she really liked it then we taught her the restoration and invited her to do a kneeling prayer with us to ask if Joseph Smith was a prophet and the spirit was so strong the relief society president came and bore her strong testimony this week i have been thinking of something i could do to show my thanks for the leaders in our ward and i decided that we were gonna make Banana Bread haha so Saturday night we bought all of the things we needed and today we woke up at 530 haha and went to the church and when we got to the church we realized that we forgot baking soda so we searched every where and there was no stores open so we ended up studying in the church and waiting tell like 8 30 for a store to open and we went and bought baking soda and we made it haha but it tastes really bad but we have decided we our going to write a nice note and give it to the leaders anyways haha its the thought that counts no...? so that was my week thank you all i love you all and cant wait to skype on mothers day hope to see you all there :):)

Week 58
This week has been a great wonderful work week...me and my companion Elder Preciado are just here working our hardest in the Lords vineyard we are learning alot and we are trying alot of new things to try to help the great people here in mexico if any of you have any ideas let me know☺there is alot of people who are just on the line of going to church and being active they just need one more good experience or to feel the spirit just a little stronger... we have been finding alot of new investigators but lots of them we teach them like one time and then nothing they are good people but they just cant see the need in there life for Jesus. but........ we have erendira and alejandro they are awesome they both want to get baptized and they have been to church 4 times only one more and they could get baptized but there not married erendira wants to get married but he isnt sure so please if you could all pray for them i know that God will answer our prayers and that they can receive this joy and happiness that we have in our lives!
I have a dvd with all the bible videos of jesus christ and this week in the night time i was able to watch some of the videos and it really just made me think alot and it strengthened my testimony and my desire to be better and to be a better deciple of Jesus Christ i think of Paul the apostle of Jesus and how hard it must of been when Jesus was hung on a tree.... but he kept going there was persecutions and the sacerdotes told him he could not preach or do miracles in the name of Jesus but he said i can not deny the things that i have seen i know that Jesus is the son of God and he just kept on going he was a great follower of Christ and i think of Joseph Smith and how he saw Christ the Lord and God the Father and he said the same i can not deny that i have seen God the Father and his Son and he testified and was a great follower of christ... and they both were killed.. i think to my self what did they know that we dont understand why cant we be more like them and i come to the conclusion.... that we can we can be as good as they were we can become everything that we want but we need to know what we want and who we want to become its like the prophets talk in conference he said if you dont know where you want to go. it doesnt really matter what path you take!! this has made me think alot about who i want to become.. our mission president told us that if we dont know who we want to be when we end our missions or if were just here passing time then we will not be the man that we want to be i know with all of my heart that thanks to Christ we can change i know that we can do or we can be anything that we want but we have to do our part we cant just say god help me to be a good man or bless me with this if we are not doing anything to change.... we need to do our part and God will always do his part this gospel is true and it is wonderful i know that in Jesus there is all power and we can all do miracles in his name
i love you all so much and i want the best for you i plead with each and every one of you to kneel and to put goals and to do the little things to achieve your goals thank you all so much !!
