Week 44
well it sounds like it was a dang good week for all of you as it was for me to i made some really good new years resolutions haha so we will see about that and yesterday was a amazing day where i know that my prayers have been answered yesterday was fast Sunday and we were fasting i decided to fast for 2 things and this is not a joke haha i kind of thought it was when i got on today and read all of the emails so the first thing i was fasting for is a new investigator that is prepared and wants to listen to us so on the way to church yesterday there was this lady pushing a shopping cart i kind of thought she was homeless to be honest so i thought she might need the gospel so i pulled out a pamphlet and we contacted her oh my heck she was so awesome i almost started crying she was like ya ill listen to you i have been looking for a good religion and i have heard a lot about you Mormons we said okay well nice to meet you can we visit you and she said no on the contrary vary nice to meet you ya here is my house address we have a meeting with her tomorrow so we will so how that goes and the other thing i was fasting for if you can believe it is for Anna to go on a mission this whole week i have been praying for her cuz i really want her to go on a mission i want all of my sisters to go and so i am not kidding i was fasting for her that she could have a spiritual experience and want to go on a mission and today i got on and Anna wrote me and said Sam i had a spiritual experience haha and im going to go on a mission i almost cried haha but im so proud of her so this week i know that god answers our prayers i can see it in my life this week was awesome because i got tons of energy to just be a way better missionary and person because its the 1st of the year im gonna do everything possible so that when i get done with my mish i can be a changed person and other people can see it in my eyes :) so yesterday they told us our changes and Elder Avila is leaving im staying here and im getting Elder Brown he is from Washington haha im excited because im finally getting another guarro but im kind of nervous haha he was Elder Avilas companion just before me so he has told me all about him haha and Elder Avila says he is great so we will see how that goes haha no but im really excited he is going to be our district leader and so im just really excited to start this year off great there's a new video on Mormon channel you should all see about new year and it says that its not important what we did last year we have a new year to be a better person and to change that's what im learning right now is that if your not changing your not getting better so im gonna do my hardest to do all the hard things so the lord can change me i love you all and im so grateful for you i hope you have the best year ever and that you all for the lest put one spiritual goal that you want to complete this year i know that you will be blessed for it

Week 43
sorry i didn't write yesterday all the Internets were closed anyways this week was awesome yesterday was actually a really good day all day long i felt so calm and i don't know i just felt really different but really happy it was so good to see you all in Skype you all look so good ;) so Thursday night we ate with a family we ate turkey fish and salad haha it wasnt very good haha dont tell them that but it jsut didnt taste very good haha but anyways after that we broke open 3 pinatas that was super fun i love pinatas um then ya we had to be home at 10 so we went home and then in our house we watched a movie about the birth of Christ then on Christmas we woke up and went to the stake center and played volleyball with our zone at like 9 to 12 then after that we got on a bus adn then train and went to Ermita to family carbajals house and we ate more turkey haha and we played a game it was really fun then we can home and went to family castros house and listened to Christmas music and ate pancakes haha it was actually really fun and funny haha it was like a hour bus ride to go to one of the houses and there was no one on the roads or anything and me and my companion were just goofing around and i felt really calm and happy and ya so that's what we did haha it was awesome and ya im really happy next Christmas ill almost be done with my mission wohoooo :) i love you all and i missed you a lot this christmas i hope you all no how special you are to me this Christmas was awesome because it wasn't about the presents it was all about Christ and i have never felt that its the first Christmas where i wasn't worried about what i was going to get for Christmas or anything i just had lots of thanks in my heart for Jesus and for his birth i hope you all have a good week be safe on new years stay away from the boos there nothing but trouble

well long time no talk haha just kidding well Christmas was good we thought we were gonna write on Thursday but they changed it and we are going to write today this week we are just trying to get back into the groove haha its been a little slow with Christmas and everything yesterday the sister missionaries had a baptism and president and his wife came to our ward so that was nice to see them not much to write today cause its only been 3 days since we wrote but this week should be a good week for new years it sour P day and we are going to have a little party with our district it should be fun i guess haha i hope you all be safe this week this new years don't get to wild stay away from the beer its nothing but trouble i miss you all and love you all and im grateful for all of you 💋💚💋

Week 42
well im kind of emotional today haha we had our Christmas party with all of the missionaries it was really fun we ate a ton of food and we had a white elephant gift haha don't tell anyone but i bought a red thong for our gift haha everyone thought it was really funny but maybe a little inappropriate for a missionary party haha after that we played basketball for like 3 hours and oh man that was well need it was awesome cause elder best was there my papa then we watched frozen and had a talent show President Mecham sang in it and he sang really really good i could feel the spirit a lot it was a awesome day, very tiring and fun... and im exhausted right now and kind of sad well not sad but i don't know haha so president told us that in 2 weeks January 3rd they our going to put 20 of our missionaries in a new zone in Chalco that is by our mission then after that he had some interviews and he interviewed my companion and I guess he is leaving in 2 weeks and I'm going to get a new companion so I'm kind of sad. I love my Mexican friend i don't want him to leave he is such a good guy and we have made so many good memories together. But it is what it is in the mission... so in 2 weeks I'll be getting a new companion. Today it kind of sunk in that it is Christmas time haha and it wasn't to great but its okay I'm really happy to be here President gave us some words of advice... well a little speech and it really touched my heart he talked about our families he said, I know there is a lot of you that now that your in the mission you have realized how much your family does for you and how much you love them he said well this Christmas you have the oppurtunidad to realize how much your Savior Jesus Christ loves you all you got to do is work and share the message about Christ. Well that's what I'm doing and I'm happy to be doing it. I love you all so much and I'm grateful for you this Christmas. I hope you can all pass the time very well, you all mean so much to me, just know that I love you and when we skype I'm probably going to cry a lot so be prepared. Have a great week this week and I invite you all to read the birth of our Savoir Jesus Christ in the bible in Lucas i know he is my Savoir in these 1'0 months that i have been here that have passed bye so so fast i have learned of the love our Savoir has for each of us if we can learn anything in this life I think this is something we all need to learn is that we can't do anything that will make our Father in Heaven stop loving us. He sent his son to help us in everything. I love you all and I love this gospel. Have a great wonderful spiritual week
