Week 15 area 1

its been a good week i have really just been trying to learn this fetching language we have had a lot of investigators that our really good 3 of them we will probably baptize at the end of this month i have been really thinking about what matters most in life and enjoying the time that i have right now to serve my lord the time that i have here has gone by super fast and i have just been thinking  alot about how I'm serving and the person that i am becoming  I'm super grateful for my difficulties that i am having right now i know there nothing compared to what some people are going through but i was listening to a talk the other night that said the most important thing when your on your mission is how you receive difficulties the more and more i struggle with the language the more i realize that i have to overcome this language and i have to overcome the trials that are put in front of me and learn from them and grow closer to Christ as a person i like what Elder Holland says he said lots of missionaries may think  why isn't the only risk in the mission field of ammonia just soaking wet all day and night in the baptismal Font he says i think its because for missionaries and investigators to truly be converted they have to walk some what of the path that Christ walked I'm so grateful for him in my life y por la expiación de Jesucristo gracias a el vive podemos recibir perdón i love this góspel and what its teaching me i challenge all of you to step back and look at your lives and reflect and see what you can do better and then truly ask god in prayer to help you overcome these challenges that you have

le amo mucho todo personas
tenga un buen semana recordar Jesucristo

Week 14 Area 1

as i know this week was hard for the people that i love back at home this week was a hard one for me too on Tuesday night we had a investigator that wanted to add my mom on Facebook and send her some pictures so i told her my moms name and she looked it up and saw the picture of sierra and asked who she was and she read the stuff that had been going on this week...
i know that god loves you i know that it wasn't by coincidence that i new about everything that was going on at home before today because i have been praying for you all in everyone of my prayers and it was fast Sunday here this week and i fasted for the families of these sweet sweet girls even though I'm all the way in Mexico i knew what was going on and i felt the love of Christ in my life this week and i know that he has a plan for every family and for every child of god since i have been on my mission i have seen his hand in my life more then ever before i know that the families of these girls can live eternally with there daughters
just wanted to let everyone at home know that they have a missionary in Mexico that has had a pray in his heart all week long for them!!

this week was a good week though we had some good lessons that i felt the spirit so much i went on intercambios this week with Elder vallejo it was super fun hes from Washington he goes home in 4 weeks hes a good guy and i learned alot from him
this week i just feel really humble and really lucky to be a missionary i really do love the people here that I'm teaching i know that its only only because of Christ and because of the spirit that i am even able to be here and be able to speak Spanish in the lessons

not alot went on this week we have a zone conference tomorrow so hopefully ill get some letters or a package
but i just want everyone to know that i love you so much and I'm so grateful for you the longer and longer i have been out here the more respect and love i have for the people in my life and the more I'm realizing whats really important and that is family and being in the temple with your families so you can live eternally
tenga un mehor semana porfavor

Week 13 first area

we had a good week this week taught about 30 lessons on Sunday we had Carmen's confirmation in to the church haha Mexico is so weird sometimes they did her confirmation in front of everyone in sacrament on the pulpit me and best and the 1st counselor did the blessing it was actually super spiritual though its probably the happiest and most spiritual momento i have had on the misión so far me and Elder best are getting along good he likes to try to make me mad sometimes but good thing I'm a good sport :)
yesterday we had our 1st meeting with the zone leaders because Elder best is district leader now it was a good experience i like our zone leaders there good dudes
me and Elder best have a ping pong table in our house now haha not really but we bought paddles and a ball in the Street and we made a net on one of our tables so that's pretty fun
this week went by really fast missions are what you make it
its fetchin hard if you make it hard but if you focus all of your efforts on not thinking about yourself and thinking about helping your companion or your investigators then your alot happier its a daily struggle but through sincere prayer anything is possible the other thing i have been having a hard time with is just the language i have 1 month left and i have been here 3 months and that's when everyone usually can talk español some times i lack faith that's my biggest deflaw is that its hard to not be discouraged about this language but i know that I'm progressing poco a poco
i hope everyone is doing good at home i don't have tons of time to write this week cuz I'm going to get a fresh cut

everyone remember your covenants that you have made with god and stay true to them and if you haven't made them make them if you have made them and haven't kept them repent and keep your covenants god blesses the people that our obedient to this góspel and he loves all of us anything is possible through repentance..

I'm doing good i love my misión and I'm grateful for the difficulties god is giving me

le amo mucho!! tenga un buen semana:)<3
ill send pics later Elder best for got the conecter to put pis on haha

Week 12 pics First Baptism!

 Carmen's Family
Carmen First Baptism

Week 12 Area 1

what a good week god loves his children :) haha we baptized Carmen this week i did the baptism wow how scary haha i was scared i wasn't going to pronounce the words right or i wasn't going to remember them so right before the baptismal service i said a prayer that i would remember the words and that everything would go good haha and it did it was super funny because Carmen i guess when she was Little she had a bad experience with water and she hasn't been completely under water for 10 years Ha she was super worried the wáter was going to be cold too and it was haha i felt super happy after i baptized her though i felt the spirit super strong and i felt that god was looking down and smiling and that he was aware of the commitment that Carmen was making we baptized her on domingo mayo 24th it was a happy day
Saturday was also a really good day we did a activity with the youth in the Ward from 10 in the morning to 2 in the afternoon there was probably 15 missionaries and 50 kids and we all met at the church and every missionary was paired with a kid in the church and given a paper with future investigators and with manos activos and the addresses i was paired with a Mexican kid that only spoke español he was 17 years old this was suppose to be a activity for the youth but man i think it was more for me then it was for them i learned alot from this kid haha hes awesome hes the only convert in his whole family so at 10 in the morning we went to search for people to teach just me and him we almost got lost in the metro so that was scary but then when we got to our área we taught to lessons just me and this kid and we contacted 3 people i was super surprised it was a confidence builder for me
i lead the lessons they were Little lessons like 15 minutes but they were good lessons and i contacted people my español was better then i thought I'm pretty sure that if my 1st companion was a mexican i would be fluent already cause he couldn't understand me when i talked english so i was forced to talk español and it was really good for me
we found out last night about changes me and Elder best are staying here the only person that's leaving is Elder mathew's my district leader he leaves tomorrow so that super sad cause i like him alot my goal is in 1 month to be able to speak this language i have a hard time studying the language i love studying the book of mormon but the language is so boring so i need to work on that this month and i think ill be able to speak this language

all around this was a good week and i have really been trying to focus on serving and loving my companion haha because you know me I'm pretty stubborn but I'm working on it that's the good part about missions is i can see my weaknesses and try my hardness to overcome them and its so awesome because i have a perfect example of a perfect missionary Jesuscristo
i love all of you and I'm so proud of you i have the best family and friends your all such a good example to me
#staytruetothegospel
#tenga un buen semana
